Easily activate or deactivate a TV option via the MyScarlet app or website:

Via the MyScarlet app

You have to be administrator of your MyScarlet account to add paying options.

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap on Products.
  3. Select the TV component of your product.
  4. Tap on the Options tab.
  5. Tap on the option you want to add or remove.
  6. Tap on Order.
    Want to deactivate the option? Click on Cease.

Your option has been changed. If you activated it, you will be able to watch it within 2 hours.
