Here's how to request the deletion of your direct debit mandate:
Via the MyScarlet app
- Tap on your profile at the top left of the screen.
- Then tap on Billing Settings.
- Scroll down until you see Direct Debit. You should see the currently used bank account number for your direct debit.
- Tap on Stop my direct debit.
- Then tap on Confirm.
The direct debit mandate will only be effectively deleted from the following day. If your invoice or statement was already in preparation, the direct debit will occur one last time.

- Scroll down until you see Direct Debit. You should see the currently used bank account number for your direct debit.
- Click on Stop my direct debit.
- Then click on Confirm.

Please note: if the mention The amount will be deducted from your account on..., is visible on your bill or payment statement, it means your direct debit mandate is permanently deleted.
