  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your product.
  • Click on the section of the service (Digital TV, Internet, Fixed telephony...) for which you want to view usage.

Why is my Internet usage displayed?

Scarlet reserves the right to limit your download speed once you exceed the monthly download volume included in your subscription.

Why does Scarlet enforce a download speed limit?

In order to ensure that everyone has access to the network at the lowest cost, Scarlet has implemented a Fair Use Policy which limits the download speed when the monthly download volume has been exceeded. The reduced speed is, however, sufficient to surf the Internet, use e-mail normally and watch videos.

How can I keep my download speed up?

You can activate an extra option via MyScarlet, which will allow you to continue surfing at maximum speed:

Will I be notified upon exceeding my download volume?

You will receive a text message and/or e-mail to warn you that you have reached your monthly download volume. You can manage these warnings in MyScarlet.

When is the volume count reset to zero?

The volume count is reset to zero at the beginning of each billing period.

You can check your usage in your mon.scarlet customer zone or on the my scarlet app.

  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the mobile product for which you want to view usage.
  • This tab contains an overview of the amount (€) for out-of-bundle usage, the number of call minutes and text messages made, as well as the mobile data still available in your bundle. Please note that if your subscription includes unlimited call minutes or unlimited text messages, the progress bar will always be displayed as full.
  • To get a more detailed view of your usage, click on the Usage tab. Refine your search by checking and unchecking the available filters.

Will I be notified upon exceeding my surf volume?

You will receive a text message and/or e-mail to warn you that you are close to reaching your monthly download volume. You can manage your warnings by clicking on the Settings button in the Home tab.
Please note: these warnings do not block your usage.

When is the volume count reset to zero?

The volume count is reset to zero at the beginning of each billing period. This billing period is mentioned at the beginning of your bill.

Is my usage billed in real time?

No, your usage is not billed in real time.

  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Usage tab.

    1. Uncheck all filters except the Calls filter.
    2. If you want to find the details of the conversations that have already been billed, check the Billed filter. If not, check the Not yet billed filter.
    3. You can also specify dates in order to retrieve only the phone conversations made during that period.
    4. If you have a second phone number, select the one for which you want to retrieve the details via the Calling number filter.
    5. Click the search icon.
  • You can find the details of each conversation you have made.
  • If you want to keep track of them, you can download them via the Export button underneath the page.
  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Usage tab.
  • Check the Not yet billed box.

  • You can also click on the Bills and Payments tab and then click on the Unbilled usage button.

    This will send you back to the Usage tab with the Not yet billed box already checked.
  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Click on the Bills and Payments tab.
  • Click on Detailed usage next to the bill you wish to check.

A page is displayed with all the usage made during the selected billing period.

You can refine your search by checking the following filters:

  • Calls: if activated, this filter displays all fixed and mobile calls.
  • SMS: if activated, this filter displays all sent text messages.
  • MMS: if activated, this filter displays all sent MMS.
  • Data: if activated, this filter displays the times you surfed using your mobile.
  • Other: if activated, this filter displays the premium services used and the mobile payments made.
