Unsubscribe from your e-mail

If you cancel your Scarlet subscription, your login details remain valid and you can continue to use your e-mail address for 18 months.

Would you like to continue using your e-mail address beyond this period? It's possible! For the time being, no action is required on your part, and this possibility is offered to you at no extra cost. However, we reserve the right to ask you whether you wish to continue to benefit from this facility and to charge a fee for this extension.

You will receive an e-mail at least 3 months in advance if we decide to charge for extended access to your e-mail address.
