By activating Wi-Fi calling (VoWiFi), you can make calls and send SMS messages throughout Belgium, even when you don't have a mobile network. 

Your usage will then be deducted from your subscription as with a regular call. For international, premium rate numbers, and calls not included in your plan, normal rates applyOpens a new window . Emergency numbers like 100 or 112 are also possible. However, it's not possible to make Wi-Fi calls abroad. 

After activating Wi-Fi calling, you'll need to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network. If available, you should see the VoWifi logo in your phone's status bar. 

Activating VoWifi is free. However, this technology can only be used on certain phone models.
