In order to use your voicemail, you must first activate it via mon.scarlet.

• Your voicemail is accessible on 1991 from your Scarlet phone line. When you use your voicemail for the first time, you must choose a PIN code.
• Your voicemail is also accessible on 02 275 1991 from any telephone line (*). You will be asked to enter your phone number and PIN code.

(*) After making a first call from your own phone line to 1991 and setting a PIN code.

To check your voicemail from abroad, call +32 2 275 1991. You will need to enter your phone number and PIN to listen to your messages.
