Check the carrier settings on your iPhone:

• Go to Settings > General > About.
• Check what is indicated next to Carrier. With Scarlet, the minimum version to use Wi-Fi calling is Proximus 45.0.
  
• If an update of the carrier settings is available, a pop-up will appear within minutes.
  
• Install the update and try again.
