Reboot the Internet Box
Your Internet Box may seem to be working fine, however, a reboot will do no harm!
- Press the button on the back of the Internet Box to switch it off.
- Wait for about 10 seconds.
- Turn it on again.
When the Internet (or Broadband) and Wi-Fi LEDs have lit up solidly, test your Internet connection again.
