Your usage is in real time, but there might be a delay in certain cases. The update occurs:

  • For mobile calls and texts: instantly (exceptionally after 4 hours);
  • For mobile data: instantly (exceptionally after 3,5 hours);
  • For mobile payments (such as SMS parking): between 30 minutes and 48 hours after purchase, depending on the external service provider;
  • Mobile usage abroad: instantly. Exceptions: mobile payments, pay-for numbers, special numbers, etc. In a very limited number of countries, it can, depending on the foreign provider, take up to 30 days.
  • If you exceed your allowance of call minutes, texts or data, we will send you a warning by text message after max. 4 hours.
  • For calls and data via your fixed product: after 30 minutes (exceptionally after 8 hours).
