Request your move at least 5 weeks in advance. This gives us time to plan a technical intervention if necessary.

  1. To submit your move request, visit our move pageOpens a new window > and click Communicate my move.
  2. Log in to your MyScarlet account or create one if you don't have one yet.
  3. After logging in, the moving form opens and you can complete it.

When you move, you must take all Scarlet equipment, its cables and wireless solutions with you. A technician will then come by to reinstall everything at your new address.
