If you move, you have 2 options:

• Keep your current number
  If you move within the same telephone zone (for example, within zone 02), you can keep your old phone number for free, even if you were not yet a customer with us.
• Request a new number
  If you prefer, or if you move to another telephone zone, you will get a new number.
