I forgot to pay my bill

The due date is indicated on your invoice next to "To be paid before". The entire amount must be received by this date. If not, we will send you one or more reminder letters.

  • You will first receive SMS messages or e-mails explaining that your payment statement has not been paid in full.
  • If, despite these reminders, your payment statement remains unpaid, we send you a reminder letter. At this point, a reminder fee is added to the amount of your bill.
  • If your payment statement remains unpaid after this letter, it is likely that your services will be suspended or even deactivated following a formal notice.

To regularize this situation, it's important to pay your bill as soon as possible.
