Solving image and sound problems

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap on Products.
  3. Select the TV component of your product.
  4. Tap on the Options tab.
  5. Change the language of your basic package to the desired language.
  6. Click on I go for it.

To change the aspect ratio, do the following:

  • Press the Menu key and select My Account > settings > image settings > aspect ratio.
  • Select the desired image size (16:9 or 4:3).
  • Select Confirm.
