You will receive a text message and/or e-mail from Scarlet to warn you that you are close to reaching the following usage levels on your mobile subscription:

Scarlet Mobile Red

• Your call credit is down to 60 minutes
• Your call credit is used up
• Your surf volume is down to 250 MB
• Your surf volume is used up
• You have exceeded your bundle by €30
• You have exceeded your bundle by €60

Scarlet Mobile Hot

• Your surf volume is down to 500 MB
• Your surf volume is used up
• You have exceeded your bundle by €30
• You have exceeded your bundle by €60

Scarlet Mobile Cherry

• Your call credit is down to 60 minutes
• Your call credit is used up
• Your surf volume is down to 500 MB
• Your surf volume is used up
• You have exceeded your bundle by €30
• You have exceeded your bundle by €60

Please note: these warnings are for warning purposes only. They don't block your subscription after you exceed the limit.

Do you want to stop receiving warnings by e-mail and/or text message, or do you want to change the e-mail address and/or the destination number?

• Log in to MyScarlet.
• Click on the Home tab and scroll down to the mobile product for which you want to configure a warning.
• Click Settings.
  
• Click on the Edit button in the Usage warnings section.
  
• Here you can uncheck e-mail and/or text message warnings. You can also change the e-mail address and the destination number of the warnings.
  Click Save to save your changes.
  

Special internet mobile limits:

Roaming

• Scarlet applies a usage limit of €60 (VAT included) for mobile internet abroad. When this limit is reached, you receive an SMS and your mobile internet is temporarily blocked. Calls and SMS remain possible. To reactivate the mobile internet, send react roaming by SMS to 1994.
• Scarlet applies a usage limit of €121 (VAT included) for mobile internet abroad. When this limit is reached, you receive an SMS and your mobile internet is temporarily blocked. Calls and SMS are still possible. To reactivate the mobile internet, send continue roaming SMS to 1994.

Please note: In order to protect you against any unexpected overbilling due to out-of-bundle usage, any data usage outside of the Europe Zone is blocked since 01/01/2023. To enable data usage outside the European Zone you can text yes roam to 1994 free of charge.

Premium

• Scarlet applies a usage limit of €20 per week for premium calls and text messages. When this limit is reached, you receive a text message and all outgoing premium traffic is temporarily blocked. To reactivate outgoing premium traffic, text react premium to 1994. Scarlet applies a usage limit of €40 in the same week. When this limit is reached, you receive a text message and all outgoing premium traffic is permanently blocked.

Mobile payments

• Scarlet applies a usage limit of €20 per week for mobile payments. When this limit is reached, you receive a text message and all mobile payments are temporarily blocked. To reactivate mobile payments, text react mpay to 1994. Scarlet applies a usage limit of €40 in the same week. When this limit is reached, you receive a text message and all mobile payments are permanently blocked.

Special fixed limit:

Internet

• Since 01/08/2022, a 3 Mbps speed limit is applied when customers exceed a volume of 3 TB.
