When you place an order for one of our subscriptions, we will check if your address is eligible for fiber. If that's the case, your product will be automatically connected to the fiber network.

Here's how it works:

1. A technician will come to your home on a date that you have previously chosen.
2. He will bring the fiber cable into your house by carefully drilling a hole from your facade if necessary.
3. Then, he will pull the cable to the location where you have decided to place your modem and install a connection box nearby.
4. The technician will connect different devices (TV, computer, etc.) to the fiber network.
5. Finally, he will test your connection speed and ensure that your Wi-Fi is working properly.

The installation process takes between 2 to 4 hours. However, your connection will only be briefly interrupted to allow you to continue all your activities.
