At Scarlet, we have chosen to allow the installation of your product on the fiber network without modifying the specifications of your subscription. This means that a Scarlet Loco connected to the fiber network will indeed be more stable but not faster than a Scarlet Loco on the copper network.

However, we are aware that some of our customers need increased speed. That's why we have developed the Fiber Boost option.
This option, as the name suggests, allows you to enjoy a faster connection speed. You will then get:

• a download speed from 70Mbps to 200Mbps
• an upload speed from 10Mbps to 20Mbps

This option is available for €10 and can be activated directly from MyScarletOpens a new window .

Please note that your download speed at home depends mainly on the distance between the connection point and the exchange, your computer installation and the indoor cabling. Use of Wi-Fi can also reduce Web browsing speed.​
