You can consult the details of your appointment, such as the date and approximate time of the procedure, via the MyScarlet app.

  1. Open the MyScarlet application.
  2. Press your initials at the top left of the screen.
  3. Then press Follow-up.

Click on the button below and connect to MyScarlet web.

You will be redirected directly to the Follow-up tab.

We do not usually give a specific time for your appointment. However, our technician will call you 30 minutes beforehand on your contact number.
