Request a direct debit

Follow these steps:

  1. Tap on your profile at the top left of the screen.
  2. Then tap on Billing Settings.
  3. Scroll down until you see Direct Debit.
  4. Enter your bank account number (IBAN). This can be Belgian or European.
    If the foreign account number is not accepted, it means direct debit is not possible.
  5. Then tap on Confirm.
    The direct debit mandate will only be activated from the following day.
