Do you want to pay with a different bank account number? No problem, you can modify your direct debit at any time by following the steps below:
Via the MyScarlet app
- Tap on your profile at the top left of the screen.
- Then tap on Billing Settings.
- Scroll down until you see Direct Debit. You should see the currently used bank account number for your direct debit.
- Tap on Change this number and enter the new bank account number (IBAN) you wish to use. This can be Belgian or European.
If the foreign account number is not accepted, it means direct debit is not possible.
- Then tap on Confirm.
The new direct debit mandate will only be activated from the following day.
