- If you have connected an additional device to the b-box, make sure that the Ethernet cable correctly connects the Ethernet port of your device to the yellow Ethernet port at the back of your b-box.
- If your phone cannot be plugged into an Ethernet port, then it must be connected to the green Phone port of your b-box.
Finally, check the LEDs Power, DSL, and Internet of your b-box. All three indicator lights should be on and steady. If they blink for more than 30 minutes, please contact us .
