Before we merged with Proximus S.A., switching from Proximus to Scarlet involved changes that were sometimes quite demanding (such as new devices, a new installation date to plan, etc.).
Since then, we have done a lot to mix our forces and help you make the switch from Proximus to Scarlet as smooth as possible.
